借受者(以下「甲」という)は、MAZE PROJECT(以下「乙」という)から乙が所有及び提携の機材レンタル会社(以下「丙」)より借受る撮影機材(以下「本件機材」)借受について、別に特約がある場合を除いて次の条項に従うものとする。

第一条 【使用目的】
甲は、本件機材につき日本国内において使用することを目的とし、良心を持って使用、保管し、使用場所の移動または質入、転貸、譲渡等乙及び丙の所有権を害することをしてはならない。

第二条 【貸出期間】
1.乙は甲に対し、使用日の前日14時以降に乙の営業所において本件機材を引渡し、甲は乙に対 し、使用日の翌日正午までに同所において本件機材を貸出時現状にて返却するものとする。 前記期限までに返却しなかった場合、甲は乙に対し延長料を支払うものとする。
2.甲は乙と事前に約した使用期間を厳守しなければならない。但し甲は乙に使用期限の延長を事前に連絡し、乙の承認を得た場合は延長できるものとする。

第三条 【料金の支払】
甲は乙に対し、次の通り料金を支払うものとする。
1.レンタル料金、延長料金及びキャンセル料金は乙の料金表に定める金額とする。但し料金表に定めがない場合は、甲、乙、別途協議のうえ合意した料金とする。
2.甲は乙に対し、本件機材受領時金額を現金にて支払うものとする。但し当事者協議のうえ別の支払い方法を定めることができるものとする。

第四条 【点検、確認】
甲は乙より本件機材を受領したら十分点検し、故障の有無を改めて確認する。使用前に故障等の不具合のないことを確認して使用するものとする。故障不具合が存じた場合は、直ちに乙に通知する。 万一、本件機材が使用中に故障などの不具合が生じて、甲に支障、損害が発生しても、乙及び丙は一切の責任を負わないものとする。

第五条 【保険】
乙及び丙所有の本件機材に動産総合保険(普通約款、免責金額10万円)を付保するものとする。

第六条 【滅失、破損時の責任】
甲は乙より借り受けた本件機材は、受領時と同等、同様の状態にて返却するものとする。返却時に本件機材が滅失及び破損していた場合、甲は故意または過失の有無を問わずこれに伴う乙及び丙の損害を負担する。但し、乙および丙の責に帰すべき事由によることが明らかな場合はこの限りではないとする。

第七条 【通知の義務】
甲は次の場合は、直ちに乙に通知しなければならないものとする。
1.本件機材が盗難、紛失、故障、破損などの異常な事態になったとき。
2.本件機材につき、甲が第三者より強制執行、仮処分、差押等を受けたとき。

第八条 【契約の解除】
甲が次の各項に該当するときは、契約を解除され本件機材は直ちに乙に返還しなければならない。
1.本規約のいずれかに違反したとき。
2.甲が強制執行、仮処分、差押等を受けたとき。
3.甲の信用状況に著しい変化が生じたとき。

第九条 【管轄】
本規約に関する紛争が生じたときの管轄裁判所は札幌地方裁判所または札幌簡易裁判所とする。
上記規約に同意します

In this agreement, the lessee is referred to as "A".
The lender, MAZE Inc., is referred to as "B".
Another rental company affiliated with B is called "C".
When A borrows equipment from B, the borrowed equipment is referred to as the "Equipment".
Unless there is a special agreement, the following provisions shall be followed when borrowing.

Article 1 [Purpose of use]
A can use the equipment in Japan. Equipment should be used and stored responsibly. It is prohibited to move the place of use, pawn it, sublease it, transfer it, or do anything that harms the ownership rights of B and C.

Article 2 [Lending period]
1.B will deliver the Equipment to A at B's office after 14:00 JST the day before the day of use. A returns the item to B's office by noon on the day following the date of use. Equipment must be in the same condition as when rented. If A does not return the item by the above deadline, A shall pay an extension fee to B.
2.A must strictly adhere to the period of use agreed upon in advance with B. However, if A informs B in advance of the extension of the expiration date and obtains B's approval, the expiration date may be extended.

Article 3 [Payment of fees]
A shall pay B the following fees:
1.Rental fees, extension fees, and cancellation fees shall be the amounts specified in the price list in B. However, if there is no stipulation in the price list, the price shall be the price agreed upon after separate consultation between A and B.
2.A shall pay B the amount in cash upon receipt of the Equipment. However, another payment method may be determined upon consultation between the parties.

Article 4 [Inspection and confirmation]
When A receives the equipment from B, it will thoroughly inspect it and reconfirm whether there is any malfunction.
Before use, confirm that there are no malfunctions or other defects. If any malfunction or malfunction is found, notify B immediately. In the unlikely event that a failure or other malfunction occurs with the equipment during use, and A suffers any trouble or damage, B and C will not be held responsible.

Article 5 [Insurance]
Comprehensive movable property insurance (general terms and conditions, deductible amount: 100,000 yen) shall be insured for the equipment owned by B and C.

Article 6 [Liability in case of loss or damage]
A shall return the equipment borrowed from B in the same condition as when it was received. If the Equipment is lost or damaged at the time of return, A will bear the costs of B and C regardless of whether or not it was intentional or negligent. However, this shall not apply if it is clear that the cause is attributable to B and C.

Article 7 [Duty to notify]
A shall immediately notify B in the following cases:
1. In the event of an abnormal situation such as theft, loss, malfunction, or damage of the Equipment.
2. When A receives compulsory execution, provisional disposition, seizure, etc. from a third party regarding the Equipment.

Article 8 [Cancellation of contract]
If A falls under any of the following items, the contract shall be canceled and the Equipment must be returned to B immediately.
1.When you violate any of these Terms.
2. When A receives compulsory execution, provisional disposition, seizure, etc.
3.When there is a significant change in A's credit situation.

Article 9 [Jurisdiction]
The competent court in the event of any dispute regarding these Terms shall be the Sapporo District Court or the Sapporo Summary Court.
